How can I order a Virtual Tour with Total Panorama?
An enquiry form is available within the website which will be responded to as soon as possible. Alternately, our office is available from Monday through to Friday, from hours 9:00am till 18:00 at 07792 115 924.
What are the website requirements that I will need for a Virtual Tour to function?
All that is required to view a Virtual Tour is a PC or Mac running an industry standard Java enabled web browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer.
A correct java player is required, most computers will have it installed. If you are operating with Windows XP, instalment of Java Virtual Machine may be required, as some versions were released incomplete. Does a member of staff need to be present when the photographer is shooting the Virtual Tour?
No, you don't have to be present during the shoot. We do ask that the photographers have access to the property at the time scheduled from the appointment.
After initial contact, we arrange a convenient time to visit the property.
How long does it take to shoot a Virtual Tour?
Depending on the size of the Virtual Tour, times can vary. A Virtual Tour with four scenes would usually take up to an hour. We ask if the environment could be prepared how the customer would like it photographed and presented. If the rooms aren't ready to shoot then time penalties can be enforced on the invoice, please see Total Panorama's Terms and Conditions

Can I decide what images to be included in the Virtual Tour?
Yes, the client chooses what rooms to be provided within the Virtual Tour of the property. External images are weather and light permitting.
Is it possible to re-schedule an appointment?
Yes, but we ask if you give Total Panorama at least 48hours prior notice to a cancellation, please see Total Panorama's Terms and Conditions
How do I pay for my Virtual Tour?
Complete payment is required within 30 days of the completion of the agreed commission. An invoice will be issued by e-mail, please see Total Panorama's Terms and Conditions.
